offers turnkey hotel management and development services. Our hospitality
management division serves hotel developers, franchise owners, land
owners and shopping center developers.

Planning & Design
- Complete hotel room and common area design coordinated with brand standards
- Food and beverage area design and/or enhancement
- Interview, select and work with architect, engineer, land planner, and interior
designers
- Layouts of hotel furnishing, kitchen and lounge equipment, laundry equipment,
and commercial area furnishings
- All procurement of F,F & E, coordination of delivery
Construction & Project Management
Hospitality Management Inc. is affiliated with Poelman Construction Inc.,
a company dedicated to simplifying, streamlining and improving the construction
and remodeling process. Poelman Construction partners with us to design
and construct your vision, working to your timing and budget.
Pre-opening Services
- A pre-opening marketing plan & comprehensive marketing plan for the
calendar year
- Interview and hire all key management, front desk, housekeeping and sales
personnel
- Establish procedures and focus on goal oriented objectives
- Coordinate the purchase of supplies
- Establish all room pricing in coordination with the brand representative
- Obtain all licenses, permits to operate and insurance policies
Accounting & Reporting
In conjunction with our accounting department, our centralized accounting
system ensures
